REGISTRATION

The registration for the EJC is open to anyone interested in exobiology, whether they are young researchers or not. Master's students are also welcome. The registration fees for the EJC, before 1 October 2026 at 23:59, are :

• 50 € for master's students.
• 80 € for PhD students.
• 90 € for post-docs, permanent researchers etc...


The registration fees include access to all conferences, goodies, coffee breaks, the ice-breaker, lunch buffets, as well as the gala evening. Accommodation is at the expense of the participants. Master's students can apply for a scholarship to cover the registration fees via the form below. This form, in the form of a Google Form, must be completed before 1 November 2026 at 23:59.

SOUMISSION DES ABSTRACTS

You can submit a request for an oral or poster presentation. Since EJC is a conference for young researchers, presentations will be prioritized for PhD students, postdoctoral researchers and young researchers/academic staff. The abstract needs to be in English. The deadline for submitting an abstract has been set for 14 September 2026 at 23:59 for oral presentations and 30 September 2026 at 23:59 for posters.

PRESENTATIONS ORALES

Participants giving an oral presentation will have 15 minutes for their talk, followed by 5 minutes for questions. The presentation slides and oral presentation must be in English. Slides must be uploaded on the day of the presentation in PowerPoint or PDF format.

POSTER

Posters should be in A0 portrait format and written in English.
