ORAL PRESENTATION

Participants giving an oral presentation will have 12 minutes for their talk, followed by 3 minutes for questions. Both the slides and the talk must be in English. Slides must be uploaded to the shared drive, in the folder for your half-day session, during the coffee or lunch break before your presentation, and named as follows: LastName_FirstName.pptx or LastName_FirstName.pdf.

POSTER

Participants presenting a poster are invited to give a short 3-minute pitch introducing their poster. Slides must be uploaded to the shared drive, in the “Poster Pitching” folder, and named as follows: LastName_FirstName.pptx or LastName_FirstName.pdf.

Posters should be in A0 portrait format and written in English.
